Refund policy

No-Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. If there are any concerns about your order, please notify us within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery, and we will do our best to address the situation.

Refund Policy: To accommodate refunds, the following policy applies for custom orders:

  • 75% Refund: Cancellations made 15–30 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 75% refund.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 8–14 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • 0% Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Rush-Order Refund Policy: Due to the time-sensitive nature of rush orders, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Shipping Damage: We take utmost care in packaging our products for shipping. Cookie Canvas is not responsible for any damage that occurs to your order after pickup, delivery, or during shipping transit. No refunds or credits will be issued for damage that occurs after leaving our home-bakery. Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation: In the case of emergencies, Cookie Canvas reserves the right to cancel orders. In such situations, 100% of the payment will be refunded to the client.
