Allergen Disclaimer: Cookie Canvas operates in a facility that is not nut-free or gluten-free. Our cookies contain ingredients such as eggs, gluten, and drupe fruit. If you disclose an allergy, we will take necessary precautions to minimize cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that our products are completely allergen-free.
Product Availability: Our products are subject to availability. In the event that an ordered item is not available, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and provide suitable alternatives or a refund.
Pricing: All prices are listed in the CAD and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is required at the time of placing an order.
Custom Order Processing: All orders are subject to acceptance by Cookie Canvas. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Custom Orders: The design details and specifications must be communicated clearly during the ordering process. If a design change must be made during production, this will result in a different price than the original order. Cookie Canvas reserves the right to make minor adjustments or substitutions to an order without prior notice.
Payment Terms: Your order is not officially placed until the design has been approved and your invoice has been paid in full. To secure your spot, payment is required 48 hours after receiving your invoice. If payment is not received by the deadline, your order will not be placed.
Refund Policy: To accommodate refunds, the following policy applies:
- 75% Refund: If the cancellation is made 14–29 days before the event, the client is subject to half a refund.
- 50% Refund: If the cancellation is made 7-13 days of the scheduled date, the client is subject to a partial refund.
- 0% Refund: Payment will not be refunded if client cancellation occurs within 7 days before scheduled date.
Rush-Order Policy: All orders are subject to acceptance by Cookie Canvas. To accommodate last-minute requests, the following policy applies:

Rush Order Fee
- All orders placed within 7 days of the required pick-up/delivery date will incur a 20%-50% rush order fee.

Payment Terms
- The invoice for rush orders must be paid in full within 5 hours of receiving your final invoice.
- Unpaid invoices will result in the cancellation of the order without further notice.

Cancellation Policy
- Due to the time-sensitive nature of rush orders, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Color Variance: Due to the inherent differences in colour representation across various mediums, Cookie Canvas cannot guarantee exact colour matches. The colours displayed on digital screens (RGB) and printed materials (CMYK) are produced using different methods and may appear differently in edible products. Factors such as monitor calibration, material absorption, and natural variations in food colouring can result in slight discrepancies. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the colours in your custom-designed cookies may vary slightly from digital proofs or colour references.
eGift Cards: Cookie Canvas eGift Cards are available for purchase in various denominations and can be redeemed on our website for any items in our store. They are delivered via email and do not expire. eGift Cards can be partially redeemed, with any remaining balance saved for future use, but cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Cookie Canvas is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, but may assist with replacements if needed. eGift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, and modifications to the policy may occur at any time. Intellectual Property: Cookie Canvas retains all rights to any intellectual property associated with our products, including designs, logos, and artwork.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our website, services, and products.
Liability Limitation: Cookie Canvas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Cookie Canvas and its employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, products, or website, or any violation of these terms by you or any third party acting on your behalf.
