MACARONS

Pick-up: Online orders can be picked up from our home bakery in Montreal, at no extra cost, from Monday through Thursday 9AM-4PM and Friday 9AM-12PM.

Hand Delivery: The recipient must be available to receive the order at the specified location. One delivery attempt will be made, and the team will contact you by phone for handover. If no one is available, the package will be left with the concierge or in the most appropriate nearby location. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to Cookie Canvas, and the client must arrange for pickup or pay for another delivery. No refunds will be given if delivery was attempted and not successful. Any additional charges for subsequent delivery attempts or pickups are the client's responsibility.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Order Pick-up: Your order will be ready at the scheduled pick up time and date. If an order is not collected Cookie Canvas will attempt to contact you two (2) times - by phone call and email. If an order is not collected within 24 hours Cookie Canvas reserves the right to dispose of the cookies without notice, refund, or credit.
